Yoga retreats: We aim to run a yoga retreat each season/quarter. The retreats are open to members and non members and is a full day of Yoga, Meditation and delicious food. Theme depending we have a go at alternative practices such as sound chanting and Kirtan for an all round relaxing experience! Our yoga retreats are run with Yoga teacher and body positive activist Becky Varey! With delicious food supplied by Naturally sweet Oxford.
