I always had a keen interest in sports, rowing and playing American Football at competitive level throughout my school years. However, I gained a considerable amount of weight at the start of University. i rediscovered fitness, and made a decision to educate myself and improve my health.
This not only let to my weight dropping, it also meant me changing career path, graduating with a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and subsequently gained my Level 2 & 3 Personal Training Qualifications. My focus these days is on using all aspects of functional & weight training as well as balanced and sustainable nutritional advice to ensure clients the greatest quality of life possible, in addition to optimal results!
My aim is to help people lead a better life. Whether it’s coaching an elite athlete to help them unlock their full potential or training a complete novice to help them achieve their goals, there is nothing more rewarding to me than getting someone where they want to be.
I have experienced being in peak physical condition and have played sport at the highest level. However due to a severe life threatening illness a couple of years ago I have experienced being in dangerously bad physical condition and as low as you can possibly be. Therefore I know what it’s like at both physical extremes.
So whatever you looking to achieve, whether you’re an advanced athlete wanting to take it to that next level or someone at the beginning of their fitness journey seeking to change their life, I’m the person to who can get you there.
Why I’m the personal trainer for you
I have proven results working with both elite athletes and complete novices. Also my passion for sports and fitness motivated me to enrol in a Sports and Exercise Science course at the University of Wales, where I achieved a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours. This alongside my extensive coaching experience allows me to guarantee you the best results possible.
My specialisation here at FeelFit Gym is Body transformation, If your goal is to gain muscle or lose body fat, I am your guy! I first found myself in the gym in 2012, I was always the smallest guy in my group of friends. I had a goal and was to get myself fit and strong enough to join the British Army, so in 2013 enlisted to join The Rifles. Towards the end of my Military career, I had to have a knee operation and since then it has been a rollercoaster of journey, including breaking the leg first day off crutches. I left the British Army in Feb 2018. I was lucky to have the chance to go to a military rehabilitation centre for 6 weeks and this is where a lightbulb in my head lit. I want to help people reach their own fitness goals. No matter the barrier/hurdles!

With overcoming my own personal hurdles, and the knowledge and experience I have, I will help you overcome yours! I will motivate you and help every step of the way! I am an extremely easy going guy, and will constantly be motivating you throughout! During our time together you will gain the knowledge and confidence to be able to enter the gym on your own, knowing exactly what you are doing and why! Making it easier to keep the weight off and maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle.
I’m passionate about living a very healthy lifestyle, I take pride in my diet and exercise plans. I love to run and take part in any physical activity. I’m extremely enthusiastic about helping other people achieve their health and fitness goals.
I previously suffered from insomnia, anxiety and low self-esteem. Getting involved in fitness and physical activity really changed my life and the way I feel about my body. From these changes grew a motive to become a personal trainer as I knew I could help others over-come similar struggles that I experienced too.
I now have multiple clients that have been training with me for 2 years or more and they are consistently achieving their goals through the training programs that we create together.

As a personal trainer, I design training programmes that evaluate all client fitness levels, set goals, monitor progress and blast through plateaus to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

• Personally designed exercise, nutrition and strength/conditioning programs that enabled scores of clients to achieve dramatic weight loss; prevent/reverse type 2 diabetes; reduce depression and anxiety; and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
• Clients will be guided through workouts safely modified to their fitness levels with considerations to all medical conditions, from obesity to hypertension, arthritis, sports injuries and pre and post natal periods.
