Can I end my membership?
No problem, you can end your membership as long as the minimum term you signed up for has expired (i.e. 3, 6 or 12 months). Please note that this is measured in full months (if you joined part way through a month).
What if my minimum membership term has not expired?
You won’t be able to end your membership at this stage, although you can ask that your membership automatically end after this initial period.
How much notice do I have to give?
We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to end your membership with us.
Ok great, so how do I end it?
Please call our payments processor DFC on 01908 422 007 and request to cancel your membership. They will talk you through the process. Please note that the 7 days’ notice does not start until you call DFC and notify them that you would like to end your membership.
I don’t understand why your in-house team can’t do it for me?
Direct debits are regulated by law, and as such we have to use an external company to maintain your privacy and security. Our staff do not have access to the necessary system to cancel your account.
Can’t I just cancel my direct debit at the bank?
No, please do not attempt to do so as this will incur a late fee on your membership. Our finance company will attempt to take the membership payment as normal, and cancelling your direct debit will make this request bounce. These late fees are non-refundable.
